
Ann Carrell
President
Mrs. Carrell was previously chair of the school's founding group, and brings an intimate understanding of the school's mission and purpose to the board. Formerly the president of McKinney ISD's Alpha Parent Support group for Gifted and Talented students, her tenure included serving as the parent representative on a district task for the re-design of the 4th and 5th grade gifted program. She is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Plano, where she served in leadership positions in areas ranging from community project research and development to new member training. A graduate of Texas A&M, her career includes experience in the health care consulting industry, where she was responsible for software development, training and account management. She has been a resident of McKinney for the past 15 years, and their family accounting firm, Peter M. Carrell & Company, currently offices at the historical Prison in downtown McKinney.

Nancy Intrator
Vice President/Secretary
A member of the school's founding group, Mrs. Intrator's appreciation for an international education began with her experiences as an exchange student to El Salvador in high school and visiting England while attending college at Northwestern University in Illinois. As a parent advocate and active volunteer, she has gained a wealth of knowledge over the years in the areas of special education and public school choice. Previously involved with the Academic Competitiveness through Technology (ACT) Academy parent community, her career includes sales, design, and small business experience. She is currently co-founder of Amewsme Photography in McKinney, and spends her spare time sharing her talents as a Texas Master Gardener.

Michael Domingue
Member
Having previously taught at the University of Texas at Arlington, Dr. Domingue has been with Banctec, a global technology services company, in the capacity of opportunity manager for the past several years. His previous experience includes being treasurer and vice president of ASTD (Fort Worth/Mid-Cities), member of the Long Range Facilities Planning Committee for the McKinney Independent School District, and a PTO member of the former Academic Competitiveness through Technology (ACT) Academy. He brings skills in the areas of communication, organizational behavior, process orientation, and project management to the board. Dr. Domingue holds a B.S in Business Administration and an M.S in Rhetoric from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, as well as a Ph.D in Speech from Lousiana State University.

Deborah Tomaszewski
Treasurer
Mrs. Tomaszewski has been involved with the Imagine International Academy of North Texas since 2007, as a member of the school's founding group. A graduate of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Summa Cum Laude, with a major in Accounting. Previously an auditor with Aetna Life & Casualty in Hartford, Connecticut and a Financial Analyst with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in Plano, Texas, she brings to the board her experience with financial matters including internal control, policy compliance, and procedure review, as well as financial statement preparation, analysis, and business process improvement. A resident of Lowry Crossing for 15 years, she enjoys participating in PTO activities, and is active in scouting with her husband and three children.
