TEACHING POSITIONS

Lower School Generalist Instructor (Grades K-5): Prior teaching experience required.  Familiarity with gifted & talented students, students from diverse backgrounds, the International Baccalaureate, project-based learning, and inquiry-based instruction preferred. Salary range:  $37,000 - $42,000, depending upon experience, plus comprehensive benefits.  Opening for fall 2019. 

Upper School Instructor (Grades 6-10) in Humanities: Strong content knowledge in the Humanities (History, Political Science, or Government) and prior teaching experience required.  Familiarity with students from diverse backgrounds, the International Baccalaureate, project-based learning, and inquiry-based instruction preferred. Salary range:  $37,000 - $42,000, depending upon experience, plus comprehensive benefits.  Opening for fall 2019. 

Upper School Instructor (Grades 6-10) in Mathematics: Strong content knowledge in Math (Algebra, Geometry, or Physics) and prior teaching experience required.  Familiarity with students from diverse backgrounds, the International Baccalaureate, project-based learning, and inquiry-based instruction preferred. Salary range:  $37,000 - $42,000, depending upon experience, plus comprehensive benefits.  Opening for fall 2019. 

Upper School Instructor (Grades 6-10) in Musical Theatre: Strong content knowledge in Theatre with experience in vocal or piano training and prior teaching experience required.  Familiarity with students from diverse backgrounds, the International Baccalaureate, project-based learning, and inquiry-based instruction preferred. Salary range:  $37,000 - $42,000, depending upon experience, plus comprehensive benefits.  Opening for fall 2019. 

Upper School Instructor (Grades 6-10) in Science: Strong content knowledge in the Sciences (Anatomy/Physiology, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, or Physics) and prior teaching experience required.  Familiarity with students from diverse backgrounds, the International Baccalaureate, project-based learning, and inquiry-based instruction preferred. Salary range:  $37,000 - $42,000, depending upon experience, plus comprehensive benefits.  Opening for fall 2019. 

SUPPORT STAFF POSITIONS

Upper School (Grades 6-12) English Aide: Bachelor’s degree and subject area expertise (English) required. Salary $11.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits. Up to 40 hours per week.  

Upper School (Grades 6-12) Humanities Aide: Bachelor’s degree and subject area expertise (Social Studies) required. Salary $11.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits. Up to 40 hours per week.  

Substitutes:  Bachelor's degree required; state certification preferred.  Half-day and full-day positions available at both Lower School and Upper School.  Salary:  $85 - $90 per full day.
